So just imagine where we can take you! The Syracuse, NY branch currently has a service sales position available. Responsibilities include: Sell service and maintenance contracts at required price and margin levels to obtain new units on Otis maintenance agreements; retain current Otis maintenance agreements at required price and margin levels through good customer service and selling on factors other than price; possess broad product knowledge of all elevator/escalator lines and specialized architectural product knowledge; make effective sales presentations; provide repair estimating and estimates for all normal work; read/interpret Otis architectural drawings; understand service contracts in broad terms; develop service sales territory through customer contacts; maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of Otis products; monitor collection of accounts; actively support and participate in all OMMS initiatives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required. Candidate must also possess solid communication and leadership skills in order to work effectively with customers and other Otis employees.
